Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms §01

By accessing or using Nizam Control ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all authorized users, including individuals, businesses, and organizations that have been granted access to Nizam Control through a direct provisioning agreement.

2. Description of Service §02

Nizam Control is an AI Infrastructure Control Plane that acts as a server-side intermediary between your applications and AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic. The Service provides:

  • Workspace-scoped API key issuance and attribution
  • Operator-defined policy evaluation before request forwarding
  • Token usage and cost attribution by workspace
  • Durable audit logging of all requests and policy outcomes
  • Operator-facing dashboard and analytics
  • Server-side provider credential management

The Service does not make representations about AI provider availability, model accuracy, or output quality. Nizam Control forwards requests to providers; it does not generate AI responses.

3. Access and Accounts §03

Nizam Control is not a publicly self-serve product. Access is provisioned directly by the Nizam Control team on a controlled basis. Commercial terms, if applicable, are governed by a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace API keys. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or keys.

We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms or at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use §04

You agree not to use Nizam Control to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content through the control plane
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, or circumvent the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates the terms of underlying AI providers
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or other users

5. Data and Audit Logging §05

Nizam Control logs AI requests passing through the control plane — including prompts, responses, token counts, and policy outcomes — for audit and attribution purposes. Logs are scoped to the operator's workspace and are only accessible to authorized users within that workspace.

We do not sell your data or your users' data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Service Availability §06

We strive to maintain reliable availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Specific availability commitments, if any, are defined in individual agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability §07

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nizam Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts, if any, paid by you under a separate written agreement in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination §08

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

Data retention after termination is governed by your individual access agreement or, absent such an agreement, at our discretion.

9. Governing Law §09

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of your individual agreement, or by mutual agreement in the absence of such provisions.

1. Introduction §01

Nizam Control ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Nizam Control AI Infrastructure Control Plane.

We do not sell your data or your users' data. We do not share AI prompts or responses with third parties except as necessary to forward requests to AI providers at the direction of authorized operators.

2. Information We Collect §02

Account and Contact Information:

  • Name and email address (collected during access provisioning)
  • Organization and workspace details

Usage and Audit Data:

  • AI prompts and responses passing through the control plane
  • Token usage and cost attribution metrics
  • Policy evaluation outcomes and enforcement records
  • Workspace API key usage logs
  • IP addresses and request timestamps

We do not currently process payment information directly. Commercial arrangements, where applicable, are handled through separate agreements.

3. How We Use Your Information §03

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Nizam Control service
  • Generate workspace-scoped audit logs for your organization
  • Attribute request volume and cost to workspaces and API keys
  • Evaluate operator-defined policies before request forwarding
  • Send service-related notifications and updates
  • Provide operator support

4. Data Storage and Security §04

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

Audit logs containing AI request records are stored for a default retention period. Operators may request custom retention configurations through their access agreement.

Provider credentials supplied by operators are stored server-side only and are never returned to client applications or forwarded outside of provider API calls.

5. Data Sharing §05

We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • AI Providers: Requests are forwarded to the operator-designated AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) as directed by the operator. We do not modify prompt content except as explicitly configured by the operator.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data when required by law, regulation, or court order.

We do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Your Rights §06

Operators and their authorized users may request:

  • Access to workspace data held about them
  • Correction of inaccurate account information
  • Deletion of workspace data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Export of audit log records

To exercise these rights, contact us at nizamcontrolhq@gmail.com

7. Cookies and Session Storage §07

We use session storage for dashboard authentication state. We do not use persistent tracking cookies or third-party analytics services.

8. Changes to This Policy §08

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active operators via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Commercial Terms

1. Access Model §01

Nizam Control is not a publicly self-serve product. There is no public pricing tier, no automated signup, and no free trial. Access is provisioned directly by the Nizam Control team on a case-by-case basis.

Operators and organizations seeking access should contact us directly to discuss deployment requirements and commercial arrangements.

2. Commercial Arrangements §02

Commercial terms — including fees, billing frequency, service scope, SLA commitments, and data handling specifics — are defined in a separate written agreement between Nizam Control and each operator.

No commercial obligation exists until a written agreement has been executed. Use of any trial or pre-commercial access is governed by the terms communicated at the time of provisioning.

3. Billing Disputes §03

Any billing disputes or questions should be raised with the Nizam Control team as soon as reasonably possible after the charge in question. We are committed to resolving billing discrepancies promptly and in good faith.

Refund eligibility, where applicable, is determined by the terms of the individual written agreement.

4. Changes to Commercial Terms §04

Changes to commercial terms for active agreements will be communicated in writing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Contact §05
